Building Plans

The planned Masjid is 3 storeys plus a lower ground floor and loft area totalling 3104 square meters.

The main prayer hall will be on the ground floor, with classrooms, IT facilities and library on the upper two floors.

The design is typically Islamic  in style and detail, and includes a dome and two minarets.

Full planning and Building Regulation permission was granted by Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council (local government).
